Cancellation Policy

1.Artistic Style All of my social media/content creation work is done to a creative style and editing process to suit the needs of the creative approach that is appropriate to the content being done. You acknowledge based on the work you see on sophsinfocus.com/socialmedia and @sophsinsocials that this will be the style of the final outcome and you accept the creative approach being done. 2. Cancellations Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours before your scheduled content shoot. If you cancel with less notice (except in unforeseen circumstances) a £10 fee will apply. 3. Content Delivery Final content will be delivered via Google Drive/ We Transfer within 2 weeks of your shoot unless a specific deadline is communicated in advance. 4. Under 16s If any person under the age of 16 is involved in a content shoot a media content form must be completed and sent back on email prior to the shoot taking place. 5. Contracts A signed contract is required before the content shoot starts. Your contract is sent to you via the email you provide in your booking form. 6. Content Standards I reserve the right to decline any content creation/social media requests that I deem to be inappropriate, offensive, sexually explicit or otherwise unsuitable. 7. Payment Terms Payment is due when your content is ready to be sent. A payment deadline will be set in your contract for after the shoot has happened. Failure to make the full payment stated (including additional add ons for extra time being at the shoot if needed) will result in follow up reminders, charges for late payment and further escalation if necessary.
